Momentum Collective (ABN 54 213 576 984), as a Supported Independent Living (SIL) provider, is offering four weeks of complimentary food and beverage when you move to one of our allocated Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) properties.

The SDA provider, Vera Living (ANB 55 631 060 029), is adding complimentary rent for two months when you move into one of the Vera Living SDA properties.

Promotion Period starts 23 August 2023 and finishes 31 November 2023.

Terms and conditions of our Big Warm Welcome Promotion include:

1. Eligibility criteria includes:
• Available on specific vacancies (refer to Momentum Collective’s website for further details).
• New tenants must have existing NDIS SDA and SIL funding in their plans.
• New tenants are suitable matched to existing tenants.
• New tenants must have a signed Service Agreement with Momentum Collective as the Assisted Living (SIL) provider.

2. The ‘A Big Warm Welcome’ promotion includes:
• Removalist fees or moving contribution: $500.00
