Our Bloom Program of Support is relocating to new, improved locations in Tweed Heads and Casino, New South Wales! This exciting change means we’ll have more space and better facilities to continue offering the support people with disability need. We invite our current and new clients to experience the enhanced spaces and the wonderful improvements we’ve made.
What’s New?
Our Tweed Heads participants will be closer to the heart of the community, making it easier for everyone to access our services. In Casino, the move will allow NDIS participants to participate in many more exciting activities that The Neighbourhood Centre runs. The new spaces are designed to be welcoming and inclusive, so everyone can feel comfortable and supported.
We know that our centre, previously known as the Connections Centre in Tweed Heads was a unique space that provided essential programs and services for individuals in need and holds a special in the Tweed’s community’s heart. Even though the centre has closed, Momentum Collective still offers high-quality services to people with disability, including Mental Health outreach services and programs at our new centre in Tweed, out in the community or at the participant’s home.
