Attention! Momentum Collective is calling out for artists who have Bundjalung Nation Heritage. We are inviting all artists born in the Bundjalung Nation to design an artwork representing the beautiful Bundjalung Country which we will reprint and displace in all our offices across the Bundjalung Nation. We are offering $500 to the winning artist.
If you were born and live on the beautiful Bundjalung Nation, we invite you to enter our artwork competition! The chosen winner’s artwork will be displaced across all of Momentum Collective’s offices and will feature on our next Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and Momentum branded uniforms. The entrants’ artworks will be judged on a panel based on creativity, skill and originality.
Starting from today at 5pm, you can enter our artwork competition by simply posting on Facebook with the hashtag #MomentumCollectiveBundjalungArtworkComp and to ensure we see all entrants’ artworks, you must tag @MomentumCollectiveAustralia. Alternatively, for anyone who doesn’t use Facebook, you can enter by sending a photo of your artwork along with your name, age and location to our Aboriginal Engagement Specialist, Tammy Johnson, at [email protected].
The competition will run from Thursday, 5 January at 5:00pm and will close on Tuesday, 28 February at 11:59pm. The artworks will be judged on a panel and selected by Momentum Collective’s Reconciliation Action Plan Working Committee and a local elder. The lucky winner will be chosen on Wednesday, 15 March at 10:00am.
