Our experienced Housing Consultants ensure people are supported and involved in the decisions about their housing needs.
Many of our housing options create opportunities for independent living, while still providing a safe environment and access to on-site support. Depending on individual needs, we can also help people transition to increased independence as their living skills are developed, or access increased support without the upheaval of relocation.
