At Momentum Collective, we are committed to bridging the gap between available funds and essential support costs. However, we can’t do it alone. Help us provide vital assistance to individuals who need it most.
How you can help
You can contribute to someone’s journey to build back their independence in several ways. We know that everyone has something different to bring to the table. Fundraising is no different. You can support our work by providing a donation, leaving us a bequest, host a fundraising event, or volunteering your time at one of our programs.
Get kitted out for success
Whether you choose to fly solo, or team up with work colleagues, friends, family or a local sporting group, your effort will have a lasting impact on the community.
Join a fun run, seek out sponsorship as you achieve a personal goal, or bake your world-famous brownies to sell at the office morning tea. Put the fun in fundraising to support a great cause while also enjoying the opportunity to get out into the community.
To help you get started, we have put together a Community Fundraising Kit. Register your event or challenge with us to ensure we can promote your efforts across our network. Together, we will make sure our local communities can get behind your endeavour.
Business Partner Program
Looking for a way for your business to engage more deeply with the local community? Consider a Business Partnership with Momentum Collective. Fundraising events and volunteers from industry are always greatly appreciated. Support our ongoing community efforts through targeted donations of the following:
- Construction and building supplies
- Furniture and appliances
- Bedding and linen
- Food and clothing.
All such donations are used within our program and service delivery, including offerings targeting independent living, housing support and outreach.
Who you’ll be helping
Your fundraising or volunteer assistance provides direct support for the Momentum Collective Community Fund to resource the following:
- Support initiatives for women and children impacted by Domestic and Family Violence
- Respite programs that enable families and carers to take a break from providing round-the-clock care
- Programs designed to empower those living with a disability and/or mental health condition; and
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community programs.
Contribute to your local community today, knowing that you’ll make a meaningful difference to the lives of others.
