SDA are designed for people with extreme functional impairment or very high support needs.
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is funded by NDIS and designed for people with very high needs who need specialist housing. These homes are purpose built and have accessible features to help you live more independently and allow supports to be delivered to achieve your goals and outcomes. Depending on your funding, you can live on your own or share with others. Momentum Collective have access to a wide range of SDA properties to suit your needs in Coffs Harbour, Tweed Heads, Gold Coast and Pallara. New SDA homes are coming soon.
Who will live with me?
For some SDA homes, you may be sharing with a few people, while others, you will be able to live on your own. It all depends on your funding.
There are four different categories:
- Fully accessible
- Improved livability
- Robust
- High physical support
We can guide you through your NDIS eligibility and assist you in finding a suitable option. Our SDA homes are managed by our Community Housing Provider. If you are interested in our SDA properties, get in touch with us.
NDIS Support Categories
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) will be funded separately to Supported Independent Living in your NDIS plan as a Capital Support.
Please note: We bill in line with the NDIS Price Guide, which generally increases annually.
