Circle of Security Parenting Program

The Circle of Security is an evidence-based, 8-week program aimed at equipping you with the necessary tools to nurture and reinforce a strong parent-child bond.
The program includes the following topics:
- Understand your child’s emotional world by learning to read emotional needs
- Support their child’s ability to successfully manage emotions
- Enhance the development of their child’s self esteem
