Get Involved

Help us bridge the gap between government funding, which provides only the very essential services and the extra support needed to provide greater help and dignity for those most in need.

We rely on the generosity of everyday people and partner organisations to cover this growing gap. By supporting us with a donation, bequest, fundraising event, or simply giving your time as a volunteer, your contribution goes directly to making a real difference for the vulnerable and disadvantaged people in our community – helping them to achieve security, independence and wellbeing. Our Community Fund channels your donations to help:
  • women and children affected by Domestic Family Violence
  • children in need of protection from unsafe environments and situations
  • support children who need to remain in difficult family situations, such as where a parent suffers from a mental illness or behavioural issues
  • assist families and carers to take time out from round-the-clock care through our Respite programs
There are many ways to fundraise and you can do it on your own, or as part of a group – with work colleagues, your local sporting group or friends and family. Whether joining a fun run, challenging yourself to achieve a personal goal or baking muffins to sell at the office morning tea. Whatever you decide, even the smallest efforts can make a real difference and we want to support you.  Do something you enjoy to have the greatest success. To help you get started we’ve put together a Community Fundraising Kit and by registering your event or challenge with us, we can support your progress and promote your efforts through our social media.   So get in touch and get started! To receive your Community Fundraising Kit, contact or phone 1300 900 091. All donations over $2 are tax deductible
