In-home and Community Access Support

Many people living with a disability can live independently, with some extra support.

In-home and community access support helps people living with a disability live in their own homes in the community. Funded through NDIS, this support varies according to each person’s need and goals.

Our customised support provides assistance with personal care and daily living activities and importantly, helps people be able to get into their community and participate.

Services can include personal care and hygiene, meal planning and preparation, help attending medical appointments and supervising medication, healthy lifestyle support, grocery shopping and assistance participating in activities that support life skills development and community participation.
