Living with a mental illness is a personal journey – and no two journeys are the same.

Our outreach services support individuals who are living with mental health conditions, increase independence and participate in daily community activities.

We will enable you to develop and re-establish your daily living skills and self-care strategies, working towards you being able to integrate back into the community.

Working in collaboration with Community Mental Health case managers, Community Services, Housing NSW, drug and alcohol counsellors, Aboriginal Health Service, NSW Carers Association, as well as local doctors, psychologists and psychiatrists, we tailor our approach to help you achieve the best outcomes.
