To be able to apply for the NDIS, you need to:

• Show you meet the disability requirements of the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIS)
• Live in an area where the NDIS has rolled out  (or will roll out in the next 6 months)
• Be an Australian citizen, a permanent resident or hold a Protected Special Category Visa
• Be under 65 years of age when you make your application.
