Managing your NDIS

Momentum can help manage your NDIS plan and funds, as well as providing the services and supports you need.


Plan Management is the management of the funds allocated to you under the NDIS (managing your budget, identifying and organising support providers and service agreements, making payments and managing costs, maintaining invoices and receipts etc).

Support Coordination is the implementation of your total NDIS plan (helping you exercise your choice and control, get the best value for money for the supports you receive and better coordinate multiple supports and services).

To be able to appoint a Plan Manager or Support Coordinator, you need to ensure that you identify your personal need for either or both Plan Management and Support Coordination funding, when you meet with the NDIS to discuss and create your plan.
