Tracey is passionate about research, development and the implementation of innovative service modes that focus on customer-centric service delivery.

Maryann brings over 12 years’ experience in senior HR roles in the not for profit sector to her key leadership role with Momentum Collective. As a highly skilled and experienced HR practitioner, Maryann leads a dedicated People and Culture team who oversee key areas of workplace culture including: All aspects of HR & People Management; Aboriginal engagement; and wellbeing and clinical supervision.

Scott is a Chartered Accountant, inspiring business leader and talented business professional with over 25 years of comprehensive financial and operational management and corporate governance. Scott brings to Momentum experience across a broad base of industries, domestic and international, commercial and not-for-profit environments, private and public sector organisations to deliver progressive and diverse accounting and finance accomplishments. With over 5 years’ experience at an executive level with a not-for-profit community service and housing provider, Scott has operated diversified programs across multiple service streams, including mental health, family services, youth, disability, aged care and community housing across New South Wales and Queensland.

Mark Edwards

Mark is an accomplished senior executive with broad industry experience, gained from time in the public and private sectors. Mark brings to Momentum a collaborative management style that has consistently challenged people and businesses to adapt, evolve and lead through innovation and continuous improvement. Mark is a qualified Town Planner and business leader, with previous experience managing multi-disciplined project teams through property acquisition and leasing, town planning, engineering and design, project management and professional consulting disciplines. With 15 years of varied management experience, Mark has developed a flexible approach, coupled with energetic enthusiasm to strategically challenge the status quo to deliver a constructive difference. Mark provides a level of commercial and business acumen that complements Momentum’s executive leadership team and organisational experience.

Brendan Frawley

Brendan holds a Masters in Commerce (IT) and a Bachelor in International Business Relations. Brendan honed his marketing skills within the automotive and consumer electronics industries in senior roles for Hyundai and Panasonic. He then moved into the “for purpose” sector, focusing on the transition to an NDIS and consumer driven landscape. He is passionate about customer service and loves expos and Brendan has the sought-after ability to combine maximizing brand awareness and market penetration with ensuring authentic representation of our clients and keeping organisational purpose front of mind.

Gerri Simmons

Executive Manager Governance and Client Services
Gerri is an experienced executive manager, a qualified registered nurse and holds a Bachelor of Nursing; an MBA, specialising in Strategic Human Resource Management, and completed the Australian Company Directors course. Gerri brings to Momentum 30 years’ experience in health services delivery and management, including in aged care, home care and NDIS and disability services streams. Gerri has successfully held positions in both large and small profit and not for profit organisations, and with federal regulators in executive management, strategy and innovation, education and training, and quality and governance. Gerri has led and supported organisational responses to regulatory changes such as those with the Aged Care and NDIS Standards, the COVID-19 pandemic, and the Royal Commission into Aged Care.

Simone Smith
Executive Manager Community Programs, Mental Health and all NDIS Services
Simone has over 16 years’ experience in the aged care and social services sectors having held executive and senior management roles during much of this time. She has experience working in the Not for Profit, Local Government and Private Sectors and has an extensive working knowledge of standards of practice and quality, governance and risk principles and the translation of these into practice in large organisations to achieve improved outcomes for clients and staff. Simone is often recognised for her strong leadership, innovation and creativity in regards to the delivery of person centred care to individuals and is a passionate advocate for individuals in needs of support and enablement.
