Home » Specialist Homelessness Service

A safe place to sleep makes all the difference.

If you are homeless or at risk of being displaced, you may be eligible for immediate assistance through Momentum Collective’s Specialist Homelessness Services.

The Specialist Homeless Service can work with you to explore available, sustainable housing solutions. Access crisis housing in emergency situations and benefit from a supportive team who can connect you to services design to support you in your housing journey.

Experience support tailored to your needs

Be assured that our team understands your specific circumstances and requirements. Our personalised assessments reflect both where you are, and where you would like to be. You will have the opportunity to identify your personal challenges and understand how they can impact housing instability.

Be treated like a person, not a number

At Momentum, you are not just a file on our desk. Once you have been assessed, we will assign you a Case Manager who will develop your personalised support plan. You will receive assistance with contacting support services, such as Link2Home and Homeless Hotline, completing public housing applications, attending real estate inspections, and accessing health and wellbeing referrals, information, or advice.

We know there is great value in your personal story. Our team is culturally and linguistically diverse, to ensure you feel understood when you engage with Momentum. We have specialised support and resources available for individuals identified as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, and we can also provide language and cultural support throughout the housing process.
